You can delete your Adoree account and the data that comes with it at any time. You don't need to give a reason.

In the app

Open Adoree and tap Menu (top right).
Under Privacy & care, tap Delete account.
Confirm. You're signed out on every device straight away.

Without the app

Email care@adoree.ai from the address you sign in with, with the subject "Delete my account". We confirm by reply and complete the request within 7 days.

What happens next

14 days to change your mind. Signing in again within 14 days restores everything.
After 14 days it's permanent. Your profile, conversations (text and voice transcripts), memories, saves, plans, photos and notification settings are deleted, along with your sign-in.
If you're connected to a partner, the connection ends. Your partner keeps their own private conversations and data. They never see yours.
Backups roll off within 90 days, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Paid plan?Deleting your account doesn't cancel a subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play. Cancel it in your Apple or Google account's subscription settings so you're not charged again.
